Group Ashtanga Yoga:

Ashtanga Yoga was found by K. Pattabhi Jois. Here, you will learn the yoga Asana sequence according to your body type which improves your flexibility, strength & overall fitness which synchronizes breath and movement to produce an internal heat designed to purify the mind and body. An energetic session will be dedicated only to yogic aerobics which is an interesting part. Individual attention with posture correction and body alignment will be taught to get more yogic benefits - to be included.

Kids Yoga:

Your kid will love our fun & interactive sessions in which theme bases asanas and mindful meditation will be taught. Different types of pranayama & salutations for cardio workouts. Kids will enjoy yoga stories with us. Apart from that we also give activities and make them play mindful games. An energetic session will be dedicated only to yogic aerobics which is an interesting part.
Guided visualization is the best part of kids' yoga.

Pregnancy Yoga:

Pre and Postnatal stages are included here. Exercise depends on your body type and body condition during pregnancy whenever you have consent from your doctor. Stay strong & fit in every stage of your pregnancy & beyond, with safe and simple exercises. Prenatal yoga can be an effective and enjoyable way to address symptoms like lower back pain, sleeplessness, stress, anxiety, and nausea.

Face Yoga:

Who doesn't love a radiant young-looking face? Here's to a successful and proven way of getting one. One-on-one sessions where you will learn series of facial exercise & facial massage which reduces the signs of aging. It is also one of the natural ways to look younger, which rejuvenates your face and creates a healthy glow. Your entire face muscles will be tones up and avoid wrinkles. They will also receive skin and hair care tips.

Corporate Yoga:

Corporate yoga is a growing trend now. Also, yoga in the workplace is an essential addition to an employee's wellness program. It's no more good-to-have but now need-to-have.
We do take corporate yoga workshops.

Senior Yoga:

Yoga asanas are one of the few physical exercises you can continue doing as you age. As age progresses, it is more important to focus on HOW YOU DO rather than 'how much you do' & 'how long you do'. Retirement is the perfect time to pick up healthy habits that can promote longevity. Yoga classes for seniors are becoming more popular and increasingly available. Healthy eating and exercise can assist in preventing disease, injury, and keeping your physical body in good shape, and meditation and brain training exercises can keep your mind sharp. Seniors, who often struggle with pain, joint stress, imbalance, osteoarthritis, and other physical limitations, can benefit from incorporating a yoga practice into their daily routine. The risk of life-threatening illnesses, such as diabetes, cardiovascular disease, and certain types of cancer also increases with age. Joint stress, osteoarthritis, and other types of pain will also commonly surface as you age.
For seniors, sitting asanas, standing asanas, supine & prone poses will be taught. Chair yoga is the best form for seniors. Exercises will be taught depending on your age, current level of fitness, and physical ability. Yoga at your level will help in reducing body ache, arthritis, respiratory problems, blood pressure, anxiety, stress, depression, anger, emotional stability, and many more.
